D.O. Mencía Abadía da Cova Barrel
Adegas Moure takes another step forward with the Mencía grape. Wine is not a slave to the barrel here. Each season the wine rests in Allier barrels for an average of 18 months, the precise time required by its characteristics. The result is a red wine that impresses from the very first moment through a colour that depicts the Mencía grape and the strength of well-managed wood.
