White wine D.O. Rías Baixas Albariño Señorío de Rubios 75 cl.

100% albariño wine elaborated with grapes from the subfield county harvested in it’s ideal condition of ripeness and sanitarily.
In the vintage the grape is taken apart from it’s stem, squeezed and put into a pneumatic press. The must is later  put into a deposit where it  settles during one whole day. After this time the clean part is separated  for the fermentation to begin ( 18º C ) and the filter is emptied. After the fermentation  takes place the wine is poured  to separate it from the lias.
The next process is the stabilization for refrigerating, submitting the wine to 5ºC in an isothermal deposit for a period of one week to precipitate the bitartratos.
After this week  the wine is extracted from the refrigerating  filtering through the lands to proceed with the leaking ( filtering ) and finally putting it into bottles.
 
 
Tasting:
 
At sight it presents a yellow colour  with greenish flashes, it’s clean and shiny
It has got a high intensity, good fragrance, floral , fruity and clean, reminding us of fruits like peaches and apricots.
To the taste it is a strong, clean, silky and glyceride wine, with a very well intergrated acidity.
It has a good structure and greasiness.
 
 
Alcohol grade: 12,5 % Vol.

The Señorío de Rubiós Albariño carry a year of prizes, awards and citations that turn it into one of the most awarded wines of the Rías Baixas appellation in this 2010.
They were many the palates that surrendered to this albariño, that in spite of his youth (only carries five years in the market) already has received stood out international awards, an important incentive for our cellar and to motivate us to be followed working more and better.
The Señorío de Rubiós Albariño characterizes by the fruit and the flower touch (remembers to the peach and to the apricot) which makes it very silky and powerful in mouth and that has been highlighted out by juries of important awards:

- Medal of Gold in the Concurso Mundial de Bruselas (harvest 2007)
- Medal of Silver in the Concurso Mundial de Bruselas (harvest 2008 and 2009)
- Medal of Gold in the LVIII Fiesta del Albariño de Cambados
- Acio of Gold in the XXII edition of the Cata of the Wines of Galicia
