Iberian 100% Bellota Ham Señorio de Montanera

The pieces have a weight of between 7 and 7.65 kg.

Presented with braided rope tied double-yellow-green double seal and a band of Señorío de Montanera.

The hams are wrapped in gift paper, screenprinted green jacket and, when necessary, individual gift box.

Properly cut must be obtained between 40 and 50 servings of 90 grams by ham.

The ideal temperature of consumption is between 18 º C and 24 º C.

 Jamón Ibérico de Bellota:

 It comes from Iberian pigs that are fed exclusively grass and acorns during the "montanera" field by the meadows.

Advice:

Each Iberian ham is a little masterpiece of nature and food, so you need to know to cut and, above all, keep it. Therefore, once opened it should cover the cut with a piece of bacon from the beginning, and gauze or cloth, and that it is very decorative in the kitchen, best kept in a dry, cool and dark place.

And just remember you do not need a special reason to eat a plate of ham.

Products ordered may be returned in the following case if the ham is not in good condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging no more than 7 days after the delivery date.

We cannot accept returns if the weight of the piece returned (including the weight of the waste) is less than 75% of the weight of the original piece. In other words, if a shoulder weighed 4 kg and you return less than 3 kg, we cannot accept the return.
