Conditions and Shipping Costs

1. Orders will not be PO Boxes.  

2. Shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes, to be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.  

3. Shipping charges are calculated automatically when ordering and will appear in the page that displays the total price of your order before the end of the validation.  

4. Orders are shipped by carrier to the address provided when ordering. If at the time of delivery you are not present in the right direction, the carrier will leave a notice and will contact you to arrange delivery.  

5. If at the time of delivery can be seen in visible and clear, without having to handle shipping or packaging the product themselves, that a product is defective damage caused by transportation or be seen, in the same way, a error in the goods received, the Customer must enter it in the delivery note and notify Divinos Selección (by fax +34 986 447 114 or email info@divinosseleccion.com) within 24 hours after receipt of order to encourage the return of the product concerned and replacing it with a new one or refund the price paid for it.  

6. Depending on the type of item and the destination, there may be limitations or special shipping conditions.

Peninsula (Spain), Balearic Islands

From the time the order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours.

The delivery time is 24 h. if the order is confirmed before 14.00 h. and available all items in the order, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or local festivals or for orders to be sent to very remote islands or populations of capital cities in these cases the time limit will 24h./48 h.

Rest of Europe and international shipments

From the time the order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time is 24 hours to 6 days, depending on the country and the transportation agency chosen.

Anytime you can know the status of their orders in www.divinosseleccion.com identifying and accessing the "My Account" / "my orders" in order to see there will be a link to the carrier.
